6 Week Landscape Design Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

 

  • If your initial design presentation, including 3D renders, a walkthrough presentation, and an itemised cost proposal, is not delivered within 6 weeks of receiving your deposit, your full design fee will be refunded.

 

  • The 6 Week Guarantee applies only to the delivery of your initial design presentation. Once revisions are requested, the guarantee period ends.

 

  • The design service includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions following your initial presentation, based on your feedback. These revisions sit outside the guaranteed six-week timeframe.

 

  • The timeframe for any revisions, finalised design and updated cost proposal will depend on how promptly feedback is provided. Jason Reading Landscapes is not responsible for delays caused by client response times.

 

  • The guarantee does not include engineered drawings, Development Applications (DA) or Construction Certificates (CC). These services sit outside the guaranteed six-week timeframe.

 

  • The guarantee period commences upon receipt of your design deposit and is considered fulfilled once your initial design presentation has been delivered.

 

  • The guarantee applies only to projects that do not require a detailed survey.
