Eligibility for Refunds
Due to the customised nature of our design services, we do not offer refunds once work on your design plan has commenced.
However, you may be eligible for a refund if:
-You cancel your order before any design work has begun.
-You have accidentally submitted multiple orders and notify us immediately.
