What does a day to day look like in your role?
Mindset work and exercise from 6am to 8am.
Morning teams meeting with on the ground team.
Work on the business, looking for new opportunities and ways to improve
the way we help our clients and team.
Touch base with all departments in the business debriefing our successes
and lessons.
Support any departments that require support.
What do you love most about working in your role?
Mentoring the team and watching them succeed.
What is a fun fact about you that most people wouldn't know?
I competed at a 2-day rodeo event in the saddle bronc event and actually rode out the 8 second time.

Large Cappuccino with half a sugar.
