Olivia Operations Coordinator

How long have you been with JRL?

Technically 2 years but I was an employee in the womb (I’m Jason’s daughter).

What does a day to day look like in your role?

No two days look the same! As Operations Coordinator, I work closely with our Operations Manager Troy to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From coordinating site meetings and managing client communications to ordering materials and equipment, there’s always something to keep me busy. I also look after accounts, handling both client and supplier invoices to make sure everything is ticking along. Think of me as Troy’s right-hand man, if something needs to get done, I’m on it!

What do you love most about working in your role?

I love the flexibility that comes with my role, every day brings something different, which keeps things interesting. But what I love most is being able to support our clients through the process of bringing their dream outdoor space to life. Whether it’s answering questions, coordinating the details, or just making sure the experience is as smooth and stress free as possible, knowing that I’ve played a small part in creating something our clients will enjoy for years to come is really rewarding.

What is a fun fact about you that most people wouldn't know?

I studied law once, mostly because it sounded impressive and I had no idea what else I wanted to do.

What's your go to coffee order?

Iced vanilla latte but add a toasted ham and cheese croissant on the side (make sure there is relish on it).
