Working from a fully detailed design supplied by the client, our landscape construction team brought the vision to life with precision, coordination, and careful attention to every surface, structure, and feature.

Display Home Client Goals

This project was designed to reflect the premium finish and everyday liveability of Domaine Homes’ Orlando 33 display model. Our task was to execute the landscape design to exact specification, creating an inviting and low-maintenance space that would elevate the home’s street appeal, enhance its lifestyle value, and support the overall customer experience for prospective buyers.

The scope included both front and rear yard works, with a strong focus on durability, finish quality, and features that would leave a lasting impression, from the crisp concrete entry paths to the feature fire pit and relaxed rear garden zones.

Challenges and Coordination

Though site access was relatively straightforward, the project was delivered within a live construction environment alongside ongoing trades. This required close coordination with site supervisors, strict staging of materials, and careful protection of all completed surfaces.

Tight sequencing was particularly important around the pre-installed pergola, completed building works, and shared trades. Our team also worked within narrow side access zones and managed deliveries and installations around limited manoeuvrability.

Despite unpredictable weather and schedule pressures, the full project was delivered on time in just five weeks thanks to smart planning, daily communication, and larger, skilled crews during peak stages.

• Retaining Wall System: Block retaining wall with integrated drainage to manage site levels and support turf and garden beds.
• Steel Edging and Steppers: Sharp, clean divisions between turf, gravel, and garden zones, plus concrete steppers for defined access pathways.
• Custom Fire Pit Zone: A compact entertainment hub designed as a secondary destination within the backyard, framed by steppers and decorative groundcovers.
• Turf Installation: Premium synthetic turf to the rear and natural turf to the front, offering the ideal balance between presentation and practicality.
• Automated Irrigation: Timed irrigation system servicing all turf and garden areas for ease of maintenance and lasting plant health.
• Planting and Decorative Finishes: Low-maintenance plant selection installed to plan, with mulch, soil conditioner, and feature pots delivering a display home finish.
